Haiyang has two 110kV transformer substations and 11 35kV
ones with a gross capacity of 190950kVA. The three 110kV
electricity-transmitting lines total 104.82km long; the
18 35kV ones total 173.4km long; the 74 10kV distributing
lines total 1373.23km long. For the 110kV system, dual-power-supply
has been realized and different structures have been formed
for the 35kV system. The 110kV power supply through hand-in-hand
ring nets has been realized in urban area. The automatic
dispatching system and the information-managing system
have been checked and accepted. The load of electric network
tops 65,000kW. The voltage's qualification rate is 98.61%.
The reliability of power supply in rurual area is 99.74%
and 99.93% in urban area. In 2002, the power supply for
the whole city reached 352 million kWh.
