A.Taxes and charges to be paid for industrial land utilization
in accordance with the national policies are summarized
as follows:
(i) Land
transfer rate: RMB 8,153.8 yuan per mu (i.e. RMB 12.23
yuan per square meter)
(ii) Land
requisition fee: RMB 13,800 yuan per mu
(iii) Tax
on occupation of cultivated land: RMB 4,200 yuan per mu
(i.e. RMB 6.3 yuan per square meter)
(iv)Land
administration fee: RMB 552 yuan per mu
(v)Reclaim
fee on cultivated land: RMB 8,000 yuan per mu (in terms
of 8 times of the annual output value of RMB 1,000 yuan
per mu)
(vi) Contract
tax: RMB 658.6 yuan per mu
Total: RMB
35,364.4 yuan per mu (Note: Mu is a unit of area, 1 mu
is equal to 0.0667 hectares.)
After the approval on land utilization, land registration
and certification shall be carried out. The registering
rate is: RMB 100 yuan for land of less 1,000 square meters,
and RMB 40 yuan for each additional 500 square meters,
while the total registration fee shall be exceed RMB 40,000
yuan.
The land utilization shall be subject to the provincial
government for review and approval. For any foreign-funded
enterprises to be established in Haiyang Industry Park,
the total charge on the utilization of state-owned land
is RMB 27,000 yuan per mu. For the exceeding part, if
any, Haiyang Municipal Government shall grant allowances.
The land utilization period is up to 50 years.
