For foreign-funded project which is in compliance with the national industry policy and accompanied with the completed set of supporting documents, the project proposal will be reviewed and approved within 3-7 workdays.

For foreign-funded project which is in compliance with the national industry policy and accompanied with the completed set of supporting documents, the feasibility study report will be reviewed and approved within 3-7 workdays.

For the encouraged foreign-funded project, the relevant local authorities shall assist in dealing with the procedures on the import tariff and VAT exemption in case of equipment import.
