The project was put forward with the sweater industry developing quickly and it includes softener, lotion and so on. At present, the production capacity of sweaters in Haiyang can reach more than 10,000 standard boxes and its need for chemical agent more than 8,000 tons a year. The referred softener is the most advanced organic silicon softener which is widely used in textiles such as towels, sweaters, looped fabrics and yarn. The product is up to the export requirement of textiles checked by the Rearch Institute affiliated to China Weaving Industry Association. There are products exclusively designed for towels, sweaters, looped fabrics, yarn, hotels and homes. The fabrics treated with the product are soft, smooth, washable and resilient. The project also contains the advanced organic silicon antibiosis mildewproof deodorizer in the world. The fabrics treated with the product are up to export quarantine requirement.

Profit analysis
The projects intends to build a fine chemical plant. Besides meeting the need of Haiyang market, part of the product can enter supermakets for family use. The annual sales income will reach 40 million yuan and taxes 10 million yuan.

Investment evaluation
The investment totals 10 million yuan, among which 5 million is for fixed assets and the rest for circulating funds.
