The project contains multifunctional metal passivator, slurry oil antiprecipitant, organosilicon defoamer, demulsifying agent, reclaimer, diesel oil refining agent. Among the 8 subprojects, XG-2000 multifunctional mental deactivator is of international level and its core technology is of high creativeness. The production period will be shortened from 6 hours to about one hour with the metal content increased from 14% to 22%. The product is widely applied in refining equipment, passivating nickel, collecting vanadium, decreasing the activity of iron and sodium, and stabilizing the structure of the catalyst, which will help to prolong the service life of the catalyst and improve the quality of finished oil.

Construction condition
The XG-2000 multifunctional metal passivator has been proved eligible after checked by Qilu Petrochemical Company. It has been used in 6 local refineries in Shandong with prominent effect.

Market forecast
A refinery with an annual output of one million tons needs 100 tons of this product. Relying on the big refining project of Qingdao, the product has a good future.

Investment evaluation
The investment totals 10 million yuan and the annual output of various agents can reach 10,000 tons. Its sales income can hit 50 million yuan and taxes 10 million yuan.
