Haiyang is the biggest sweater-producing base in the north of China, with a sufficient supply of materials. The project intends to produce top-grade sweaters made of good quality material,advanced technique,elegant fashionable pattern with the introduction of advanced international computer weaving machines.

Market analysis
In recent years, with the changing of the consuming concept,and the increase of the consuming level as well as the increase of the demand for sweater patterns and crafts , the sweater is developing towards top-grade and fashionable. On the second is that , the sweaters enjoy the following features ,the first is its varieties,jackets, vests and the third is its elegant and comfortable material. The patterns tend to be more beautiful, especially those woven by computers. The computer weaving machine boasts high productive efficiency with high added value, which promises a good market.

Investment evaluation
The project intends to introduce 30 advanced international weaving machines which can produce 2 million sweaters a year. The total investment reaches 30 million yuan, among which 24 million is for fixed assets and 60 million for circulating funds.

Profit forecast
After the project is put into production, the sales income is expected to reach 100 million yuan and taxes 20 million yuan.
