At the same time, the cement company has made a series of nature-determining tests on new construction materials and trained a team of advanced technical personnel engaged in studies of industrial residue. The rapid developing of real estate provides a good market for the development of new walling materials.

Investment evaluation
The investment totals 90 million yuan, among which 70 million is for fixed assets and the rest for circulating funds. After the project is put into production, it can produce 8,100,000 pieces of inside and outside walling blocks, 60,000 tons of mortar for inside walls and 60,000 tons of plaster for outside walls, which can bring a sales income of 150 million yuan and taxes of 30 million yuan.
