All the projects shall be in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations in the field of environment protection.

For project which has little effect on environment and does not need environment effect assessment, a registration sheet on environment effect shall be filled up and the project might be reviewed approved within one day.

For project which might have light effect on environment and environment assessment of which shall be carried out, the project shall be reviewed and approved within 5 days. In this case, the environment authorities shall assist in choosing a proper location of the project.

For project which might have great effect on environment and shall be submitted to higher authorities for review and approval, the local environment authorities shall provide service without any delay and follow up the whole procedure.

The review and approval of project is free of charge, while charges on the environment effect assessment shall be levied by the assessment organizations.
