Specially-assigned persons shall be responsible for assisting in the whole procedure of the business license application for the newly established foreign-funded enterprises.

The foreign investors shall contribute the investment in accordance with the regulations of the Contract and Constitution. In case of either of cooperative partners failed to fully contribute its investment within the stipulated period, the business license shall be regarded to lose effectiveness. Now the enterprise can apply for an extension of 6-12 months for the investment contribution.

The registration charge rate is provided as follows: for registered capital less than 10 million RMB yuan, the charge rate shall be 0.8‰ in terms of the registered capital; for registered capital less than 100 million RMB yuan but over than 10 million RMB yuan, the charge rate shall be 0.4‰ in terms of the registered capital; for registered capital of over than 100 million RMB yuan, no registration charge shall be levied on the exceeding part.
