With regard to the construction projects to be invested in Haiyang Industry Park, please refer to the Section of XIV: Preferential Policies for Economic Development Zone.

With regard to the construction projects to be invested in the other industry parks, the investors shall enjoy the following preferential policies:

i)Comprehensive development fee of city construction: RMB 15 yuan per square meter in terms of construction area.

(ii)Planning lineage fee: RMB 163 yuan per spot.

(iii)Engineering quality supervision fee: 0.75‰ of the total construction costs

(iv) Engineering construction supervision fee: 0.65‰ of the total construction costs
